Widharvest Bio-fuel is committed to promoting alternative energy in Africa

Widharvest Bio-fuel is committed to promoting alternative energy to Africa, we believe that it is never in the interest of a local population to grow a food crop for use as a fuel.

Bio-fuels are one of Wildharvest's renewable energy focus areas. We believe that bio-fuels
that complement conventional transportation/energy fuels will play an increasing role in meeting Africa's growing energy needs and will present increased job and income opportunities for Africans.

Wildharvest's renewable energy involves using advanced engineering and manufacturing to convert raw materials into high-quality bio-fuels. However, there are significant challenges to building an advanced bio-fuels industry in Africa that is scalable, environmentally sustainable and economic.

What Are the Benefits for Africa?
Bio-fuels are a renewable and sustainable alternative
Bio-fuels produce fewer harmful carbon emissions
Bio-fuels are less toxic than fossil fuels, since they are biodegradable
Developing bio-fuels creates local employment
Fuel independence for Africa increases domestic security and self-dependence
Bio-fuels play a significant role in climate change policies offering environmental benefits
Bio-fuels provide a locally sourced diesel fuel, saving costs
